Please ring or text AT LEAST 24 hours in advance to arrange with me what time you will be arriving to drop off or collect your pets. I do try to be as flexible as possible during the week, but I have to ask that you do please avoid mealtimes! If you would like to view & happen to be passing, please pop in, although if you are coming a long way, please ring first, just to make sure I'm in, so that you don't have a wasted trip.
Saturday & Sunday
9am - 11am and 5pm - 6pm ONLY
I'm afraid that there are STRICT times for delivery & collection of pets on Saturdays & Sundays. This is due to previous visitors arriving up to SIX HOURS after the arranged time. I do the majority of our animals' shopping (not to mention our own!) at the weekend, & having to wait in all day is not an option when they need hay, fresh vegetables or bedding. Our guests are our priority!!
If you are unable to make these times, please arrange collection or delivery on the Friday or Monday instead, when I can be far more flexible. I do appologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause
